In the concert arena, he was the tenor soloist in Carmina Burana and J.S. Blind in Die Fledermaus with Erie Opera Theatre. His professional operatic debut was as Dr. Brioche in Die Lustige Witwe with Loudoun Lyric Opera, and with D’Angelo Opera Theater, he was seen as Monostatos in Die Zauberfloete, Pedrillo in Die Entfuehrung aus dem Serail, Remendado in Carmen, and Spalazani, Frantz and Piticchinaccio in Les Contes d’Hoffmann.
He has performed with many companies, notable ones have been Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre as a young artist covering Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Cosmic Ray in Cosmic Ray and the Amazing Chris with Thompson Street Opera Company, Raoul de St. Patrick Philip Becker has performed extensively as an operatic tenor and actor.
